PISTACHIO CAKE 50 Ritz crackers 1/4 c. butter 2 sm. pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream 1 qt. Cool Whip 2 Heath candy bars
Crust: Crush Ritz crackers. Mix with butter. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix pistachio pudding with milk. Fold in softened vanilla ice cream and pour over crust. Top with Cool Whip. Crush Heath candy bars and sprinkle over top.
