I have three different sizes of spring form pans too and love them. I have, however, seen recommendations that you wrap the outside with aluminum foil. I have one which is heart shaped. Joyce

You just have to make sure that the clamps are on tight and that the bottom is snug against the sides. I use them all the time. I have 3 sizes.
