Peach Cake 

3 eggs, well beaten 
1 3/4 c. sugar 
1 c. oil 
2 c. flour 
1 tsp. salt 
1 tsp. cinnamon 
2 c. diced canned peaches 
1/2 c. chopped nuts 
Powdered sugar 

Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand. Pour in greased and floured 9x13 inch 
pan. Bake in 350 
degree oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle warm 
cake with powdered 
sugar.
