CONEY SAUCE WEST VIRGINIA STYLE
1 lb. hamburger Salt to taste 6 tbsp. paprika 6 tbsp. chili powder 1 sm. can tomato sauce Cook hamburger and salt to taste for 1 1/2 hours. Add remaining ingredients. Cook together for 15 minutes. Then add 1/4 cup cornmeal (white).
