FREE UNION VIRGINIA HOT AND SPICY
MUSTARD 

4 oz. dry mustard, not Coleman's
2 oz. Coleman's
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 lb. butter


Mix dry ingredients. Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil; add 1/8 
pound butter, 3 eggs beaten. Blend dry ingredients with sugar 
mixture. Mix well. Makes approximately 1 quart.
