HOT VIRGINIA BEEF DIP 

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chopped onion
5 oz. dried beef, minced fine


Mix together. Saute 1/2 cup pecans in 4 teaspoons butter. Spread 
over top of mix in small casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 350 
degrees. Serve with crackers.
