Mexican Mini Meat Loaves

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb each ground turkey and pork
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
2 slices whole-wheat bread, torn in small pieces
11/2 Tbsp minced garlic
11/2 Tbsp each dried oregano, chili powderand ground cumin 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
Serve with: warmed salsa
PREPARATION:
1. Mix turkey, pork, chiles, bread, garlic, oregano, chili powder, cumin
and salt in a medium bowl until well blended. Shape half the mixture
into four 3/4-in.-thick oval patties. Refrigerate remaining meat mixture
(see Note). 
2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties
and cook 3 minutes per side, or until meat is no longer pink in center.
Per serving (patties): 118 cal, 11 g pro, 3 g car, 2 g fiber, 7 g fat (2
g sat fat), 39 mg chol, 245 mg sod 
Note: After dinner, roll the reserved meat mixture into
11/4-in. balls and freeze on a plastic wrapâEURO"lined baking sheet
until firm enough to
