CORN CASSEROLE

4 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Add ingredients, one at a time, to a 2-quart casserole dish, mixing
well after each addition.  Bake at 350F for 1 hour.

For added variety add some chopped onion, green pepper, bacon or ham.
