green bean & corn casserole
1 14.5 oz. can french style green beans, drained
1 11 oz. can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 10.75 oz. can low-fat cream of celery soup
8 oz. reduced-fat sour cream
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
22 round butter-flavored crackers, crushed
1-2 oz. package sliced almonds
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

preheat oven to 350
mix together cracker crumbs,almonds & melted butter. & set aside.
mix together the remaining ingredients & pour into greased medium oval 7 x 
11 inch baking dish.
sprinkle the cracker/almond mixture over the top.
bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
