Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed French Rolls
Prep Time: 15 min ; Start to Finish: 25 min 
Makes: 2 servings    
A just-for-two salad brightens any day with brilliantly colorful
ingredients and a honey-touched dressing.
2Pillsbury(r) Oven Baked frozen crusty French dinner rolls (from 12.4-oz
bag)1tablespoon honey1/3cup Yoplait(r) Original 99% Fat Free strawberry
yogurt2cups baby spinach leaves1cup sliced strawberries1/2cup crumbled
blue cheese (4 oz)2tablespoons coarsely chopped toasted walnuts1teaspoon
butter or margarine, softened1/8teaspoon poppy seed
1 .  Bake rolls as directed on bag. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir
together honey and yogurt. Arrange spinach leaves on 2 individual salad
plates. Top with strawberries; sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts.
Drizzle yogurt mixture over salad. 2 .  Remove rolls from oven. Brush
with butter; sprinkle with poppy seed. Serve warm with salad.
