CAJUN STYLE CUBE STEAKS (serves 4)

2 tablespoons all purpose flour (use more flour if necessary)
4  4-ounce cube steaks
2 teaspoons cooking oil (add more oil if necessary)
1 can (14&1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup  tomato sauce 
1&1/2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
1 teaspoon  Cajun seasoning or more for your taste
salt   to your taste
ground black pepper
2 small bell peppers, cut into thin strips (your choice of colors)
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 cups hot cooked rice

Place the flour in a shallow dish. Dip steaks into the flour, coating 
both sides. In a large skillet cook steaks in hot oil over medium 
heat until brown, turning once.

In a bowl, combine undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, Cajun 
seasoning, salt, and black pepperbell peppers,onions and add to steaks in 
skillet. Bring 
to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes, stirring 
occasionally until steaks and vegetables are tender. Serve with 
hot cooked rice.
