Parmesan Fish Filets

1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp flour
4 small flounder filets (1 lb.) or 1 16 oz. pkg. frozen flounder filets, thawed
3 tbsp margarine or butter
1 tbsp minced parsley

In shallow dish combine Parmesan cheese with flour. Dip fish into
cheese mixture to coat well.

In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot margarine or butter,
cook filets until golden on both sides and fish flakes easily when
tested with fork (about 5 minutes).

Remove fish to warm platter. Pour drippings in skillet over fish and
sprinkle with parsley.

        Makes 4 servings--230 calories each.
