GARBAGE COOKIES 1 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 c. oatmeal 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. coconut 1 c. nuts (optional) 12 oz. chocolate chips
Mix shortening, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. In separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Combine 2 bowls together. In separate bowl, combine garbage - oatmeal, Rice Krispies, coconut, nuts, and chocolate chips. Combine garbage into cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes. Enjoy.
