FEATHER MUFFINS INGREDIENTS: 1/3 softened cup margarine 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg white 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 cup 2% milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 melted cup margarine PREPARATION: 1. In large bowl mix the 1/3 cup of margarine and 1/2 cup sugar and egg white together. 2. Add milk, then mix again. 3. Add the flour, baking powder and nutmeg, mix together. 4. Bake in greased muffin tins 20-25 minutes in 325& deg; F oven. 5. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. 6. Roll warm muffins in the melted margarine then the sugar mixture.
