LUSCIOUS LEMON CREAMSICLES INGREDIENTS: 6 ounces lemon flavored yogurt 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 cup honey 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup cream 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract PREPARATION: 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender container and blend till smooth. 2. Pour into 8 3-ounce cups. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of each cup. Freeze until firm.
