My new guide dog Ivy and I are doing nicely. We are surviving the Florida heat and humidity, but some days I wonder how. I am really enjoying her. We found out Saturday evening that Ivy and Mike's dog Stella who is a black lab are real true sisters and are known in class as the Twisted Sisters. We are doing doubles working routes together and although they haven't been trained to work together are doing extremely well. As for JRoss and Ira, they are enjoying retirement with Mike's uncle and his girlfriend. They have it so well that they will accompany them as well as Mike's cousins on a trip to Maine. We've never been there. What's wrong with this picture?
anyway, just wanted to come in and let everyone know that I'm still alive and kicking. Will write as energy and time permits. Have little free time and mostly spend it resting and cooling down.
