I was lucky that my mom let me cook at home, after I had taken home economics classes at the Ohio State School for the Blind. We had to take home economics from the 5th grade through the 8th grade and then I took it all through high school. My mom let me start making simple things in the 5th grade.
I still make mistakes and I've been cooking for 40 years. I love sharing and receiving recipes and I can tell you that the pasta dish is good.
