One of my most funny cooking experiences was I was in the 8th grade and decided I would make chocolate fudge while my mom was at work. The fudge turned out okay, but when she got home, she told me that the fudge had boiled up the ceiling. She had to scrub it off the wall and the ceiling. My two brothers and my sister, Kathy, didn't tell me what had happened. All they did, was eat the fudge. We still laugh about it after all these years.
