PIMENTO-CHEESE DIP 2 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. vinegar 2 egg yolks 1 tsp. butter 2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese 1 sm. can chopped pimento 1 tsp. chopped onion
Blend sugar, vinegar, egg yolks and butter in a saucepan. Stir constantly until mixture thickens. In a bowl combine cream cheese, pimento, onion and egg mixture. Beat with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Serve with potato chips.
