A Souper Casserole

Yield: 1 
Ingredients: 
          6    med  Potato, sliced 
          1     lb  Hamburger, cooked and crumbled 
          1    can  Corn or other vegetable 
          1    can  Tomato Soup or other cream soup 
          1      x  salt and pepper to taste 
          1    cup  Cheese, shredded 
Method:
Thinly slice potatoes, and layer in a greased 9X13 pan or casserole
dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle hamburger over potatoes.
Layer the corn, or other vegetable, over the hamburger. Mix 1 can of
soup with 1/2 can of water, and pour over other ingredients. Bake at 375
for 1 hour, sprinkle cheese over top, return to oven and bake until
potatoes are tender.
