Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick Original baking mix
2 eggs
Preheat oven to dg400.
Cook ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt. Spread in greased
9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour over beef
mixture in pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes or until tests clean.
Yield 8 servings.
