Chicken Caruso

 

1 cup sliced celery

1 jar Ragu traditional flavor sauce (1lb 16oz size)

garlic powder to taste

1 stick margarine

4 chicken cutlets sliced into bite size pieces

spagetti

 

Saute the chicken pieces in the margarine, add the garlic to

your liking, then add the sauce and the celery. Cover and simmer

until celery is soft.

Server  over cooked pasta.  Easy to freeze the leftovers for

later use.
