Chicken Parmasean

 

Fry some boneless chicken cutlets that you have dipped in an egg

and breaded in plain crumbs mixed with a little galric powder

and paprika until golden brown. If you have individual ramkins

place a cutlet in each one, cover with your favorite jarred sauce,

sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 until

cheese is melted.  Serve with a small side dish of  spagetti and

sauce.  You can prepare the other cutlets but don't cook until

ready to eat, either put in the fridge or freeze until you need

them.
