JOYCE'S TWICE BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE

5 lbs. baked, potatoes
1 lg. sour cream
6 pats salted butter
6 strips crumbled bacon
2 pkg. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon pepper

Bake potatoes at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes (until fork tender).

Peel baked potatoes, placing meat in a large casserole pan, well greased. Mash 
slightly. Add remaining ingredients (leaving 1 pkg. Velveeta for top ) and
blend gently until well mixed.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

Place remaining cheese on top and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.  Enjoy.
