Cheesy-Herb Bread

Yield: 2 loaves
Ingredients:
1 cup Margarine
2 pkt Salad dressing mix, cheese garlic flavor
3 cup Cheese, Mozzarella
2 x Bread, French loaves
Method:
Set out cheese and margarine to bring to room temperature. Combine
softened margarine, dressing mix and cheese. Slice each loaf in half
lengthwise. Spread each half with the mixture. Put loaf back together.
Cut in half vertically, if desired. Wrap in heavy duty foil and freeze.
To serve, take a loaf directly from freezer and bake at 400 for 35-40
minutes. No need to thaw first.
Variation: Thaw bread and bake open-faced at 350 for 5-10 minutes. Slice
and serve. This gives the bread a little different texture.
Makes 2 loaves.
