Sausage Puppies
Ingredients Vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix 1 1/2 cups cornmeal 1 HORMEL(R) LITTLE SIZZLERS(R) Hot 'n Spicy Pork Sausage Links (12-ounce) package cooked and crumbled 1 Diced Green Chilies (4.25-ounce) can 1 small onion chopped 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Servings: 30 Serving Size: 1 piece Directions In large skillet, heat 1 inch of oil to 375°F. Mix all remaining ingredients until well blended. Drop batter by tablespoon into hot oil. Fry about 3 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
