Tuna Corn Bake



Yield: 8 servings

1(10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup

1(9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained

1(8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (reserve 3 tomato pieces)

2cCrumbled corn chips

1/2 Green pepper, sm. Chopped (about 1/4 c )

2tsInstant minced onion

1/2 tsChili powder Dash of garlic salt

1cShredded cheddar cheese



Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup, tuna, tomatoes, 1 cup corn chips, green
pepper, onion, chili powder and garlic salt in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole
 Sprinkle cheese and arrange reserved tomato pieces in center. Sprinkle 1
cup corn chips around tomatoes. Bake, uncovered until bubbly, about 30
minutes.
