PINA COLADA CAKE
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
1 container cool whip(I use almost 2)
1 can of coconut or 3/4 of a bag(or more,depending on how much you like
coconut)
1 cup chopped walnuts (again more if you want)
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Bake in a 9x13-inch glass
casserole dish. While cake is baking, combine coconut milk, condensed
milk and mix well. After cake is baked and while it is still hot(very
important), punch holes in the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon
all over the cake. Pour mixture over cake, and crushed pineapple with
juice. Allow cake to get very cold in the refrigerator for about 3
hours. When cake is cold, mix the walnuts with most of the cool whip and
1/2 of the coconut and ice top of the cake and sprinkle with coconut
