BUDGET SUPPER CASSEROLE   

1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 can cream style corn
3/4 c. milk
1 c. coarsely grated cheese

Cook noodles as package directs; drain. Saute ground beef, pork, 
onion, and green pepper until lightly browned. Drain off excess fat. 
Stir in pimento, corn, milk, noodles, and 1/3 cup grated cheese. Pour 
into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
