CHOCOLATE ICING FOR MASHED POTATO COOKIES
1 tbsp. butter 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1 c. sifted powdered sugar About 2 1/2 tbsp. hot water Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar and water alternately. Beat until smooth.
