FUDGE CAKE

FILLING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 c. chocolate chips

CAKE:

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot coffee or water
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

PREPARE FILLING: Combine sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and egg in a small bowl. 
Beat until smooth and stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

FOR CAKE: In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs. Beat on high speed 1 
minute. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour half into a well-greased
bundt or angel food cake pan. Spoon filling over batter. Top with remaining 
batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 70-75 minutes. Cool. Carefully remove from
pan. Drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1-3 tbsp. hot water

Combine and mix well.  Enjoy.
