SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
  

2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, drained

Beat baking mix, eggs, milk and sour cream with hand beater until smooth. Stir 
in blueberries. Cook on hot griddle.  Enjoy.
