Picnic Sandwich for Two

One Oven Baked French mini-loaf makes two tasty sandwiches, piled high
with the best ingredients the season has to offer. Ingredients:
1PillsburyÂ(R) Oven Baked frozen crusty French mini-loaf (from 13.1-oz
bag)2tablespoons light mayonnaise or salad dressing1teaspoon prepared
horseradish1teaspoon sweet honey mustard2oz thinly sliced roasted turkey
breast2slices (3/4 oz each) provolone or Muenster cheese1/2cup fresh
spinach leaves 1/4cup roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar), drained

Preparation Directions: 1 . Bake mini-loaf as directed on bag. Cool
completely, about 20 minutes.2 . In small bowl, mix mayonnaise,
horseradish and mustard. Split mini-loaf horizontally. Spread mayonnaise
mixture on cut sides of both halves.3 . Layer turkey, cheese, spinach
leaves and bell peppers over spread. Cover with top half. To serve, cut
in half.
