FANTASTIC SWEET POTATO BAKE 1 lg. can of sweet potatoes, mashed 3/4 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 3/4 stick butter, melted 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Grease casserole dish. Mix above ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. TOPPING: 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs 1/3 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. stick melted butter Place topping on top of casserole. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 8 to 10.
