Delightfully Good Walnut Bars
1/3 cup reduced-calorie margarine 
1 cup SPLENDA Granular 
2 eggs, or equivalent in egg substitute 
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 
11/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
3/4 cup reduced-fat biscuit baking mix 
6 tablespoons purchased graham cracker crumbs 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 7-by-11-inch biscuit pan with
butter-flavored cooking spray In a large bowl, cream marÂ- garine
and SPLENDA , using a sturdy spoon. Stir in eggs, appleÂ- sauce, and
vanilla extract. Add baking mix and graham cracker crumbs. Mix gently
just to combine. Fold in 6 tablespoons walnuts. Carefully spread batter
into prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle remainÂ- ing 2 tablespoons of
walnuts over top. Lightly spray top with butter-flavored cooking spray
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack and let set for at
least 10 minutes. Cut into 24 bars.Each serving equals: HE: I Fat . 1/2
