BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIE COOKIES 1 (21-1/2 oz.) box Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1/2 cup butterscotch morsels 3/4 cup chopped walnuts Heat oven to 350ºF. Generously Pam-spray 2 cookie sheets. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except morsels and nuts by hand until dough is formed. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonsful 2-inches apart onto cookie sheets. Bake, 1 sheet at a time, for 8-12 minutes until cracked in appearance. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets and cool completely. Store in plastic food storage bags. (Makes 3-1/2 dozen cookies)
