DUNCAN HINES CHERRY CHEESE CAKE

 

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

3 tbsp. lemon juice

3 tsp. vanilla

1 can cherry pie filling

4 eggs

2 tbsp. oil

1/2 c. sugar

1 1/2 c. milk

 

Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix. In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining 
cake mix, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons oil; mix until crumbly.

 

Grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan and press crust mixture evenly on bottom and 3/4 
up the sides of the pan.

 

Then blend cream cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs, reserved cake mix and beat 1 
minute at medium speed. At low speed add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix

until smooth, pour into crust and bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes until 
the center is firm. Cool and top with 1 can of cherry pie filling. Chill

and serve.  Enjoy.
