Veal Parmigiana 
1 1/2 pounds veal, sliced thin and tenderized 
2 eggs beaten 
salt and pepper to taste 
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs 
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 
1 large gar ragu tomato sauce 
8 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese 
Mix bread crumbs and cheese {1/4 cup}. Dip veal into beaten eggs, then
in bread crumbs. Heat oil {small amount} in skillet and add veal slices.
Cook until brown on each side. Add tomato sauce, sliced cheese and
another 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes or
until bubbly.
