Salisbury Steak 
 
1 pound ground chuck 
1 egg, beaten 
1/2 cup celery, chopped 
1/2 cup onion, chopped 
salt and pepper to taste 
3/4 cup cracker crumbs 
1- 10 ounce can golden mushroom soup 
1/2 can water 
Combine all ingredients, except soup and water. Shape into 6 patties.
Brown quickly in hot skillet. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix soup and
water; pour over meat. Cover. Bake at 350/o for 30 minutes.
