Almost Fudge Brownies
1/3 cup reduced-calorie margarine
2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
1 cup SPLENDA Granular
2 eggs, or equivalent in egg substitute
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
11/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup cake flourPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch cake
pan with butter-flavored cooking spray In a large bowl, cream
marĀgarine, sour cream, and SPLENDA using a sturdy spoon. Stir in
eggs, applesauce and vanilla extract. Add cocoa and flour. Mix genĀ
tly just to combine.
Carefully spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
Place pan on a wire rack and let set for at least 10 minutes. Cut into
16 bars. Each serving equals: HE: 1 Fat . 1/2 Bread . 1/4 Protein . 1/4
