BREAKFAST CAKE

1 box cake mix (butter)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
(French)
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter extract
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix cake mix, vanilla pudding, water and oil. Add eggs,
vanilla and butter extract. Beat 8 minutes at high speed.
Grease and flour Bundt pan. Put 1/4 cup nuts in bottom, sugar
and cinnamon. Layer cake mix and cinnamon and nuts. Top with
nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
