Creamy Chicken Meatloaf

1 c. cornbread stuffing mix
1 - 1-1/2 c. Ranch dressing
2 - 3 lb. ground chicken
1/4 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced onion

        Pulvarize stuffing mix with rolling pin or in blender.

        In large bowl, mix stuffing mix, Ranch dressing and 1/2 cup cold
water. Set aside for 10 minutes. Add ground chicken to mixture and
combine with hands. Season to taste with salt and pepper and other
spices. Form into loaf. Place into loaf pan. Bake at dg350 for 1 hour.
