SPICY OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 1 pkg. Duncan Hines moist deluxe spice cake mix 1 c. quick cooking oats (not instant or old fashioned) 2 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. raisins Peanut butter or chocolate chips or nuts (opt.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets. Combine cake mix, oats, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack.
