NEIMAN - MARCUS II BARS
1 box chocolate cake mix 2 eggs, beaten 1 stick butter 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 3 eggs, beaten 1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar 1 c. walnuts or pecans Combine first three ingredients. Mix well and spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts and package of chocolate chips. Combine cheese, 3 eggs, powdered sugar. Spread on top of cake mix. Top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
