Cookie balls

 

½ # cream cheese (room temp  or a quick nuke )

1 stk butter    (room temp or a quick nuke )

1 lg. Egg

1 bx. Choc. Cake mix ( I like to use red velvet )

½ Cup pecans

 

Cream the cheese and butter add egg and cream

Add cake mix and pecans mix  well

You want it to be stiff.

I use pecan pcs. And place them in a skillet  toast till dark

brown.

But black walnuts are out of this world

mix and refrig. (about 2 hrs )

roll out to golf ball size and roll in powder sugar bake 20 min.

@ 350 (note) they should crack let cool  about 5 min and remove

from sheet pan and place on a cooling rack..

(Now) if you want to be creative have some white choc . melted

and when you remove them from the sheet pan dip the top 1/3 in

the choc. and let it run down the sides.

You had better make a double batch.
