Southern Pecan Pie

3 eggs beaten
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup pecan halves
1 9 inch pie shell

Beat together the eggs and the sugar.
Add to it 1/4 tsp salt, corn syrup, and the melted butter.
Add pecans and pour the mixture into an unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
