  Ooey-Gooey Butter Cake

  Description

A delicious buttery cake perfect with a cup of coffee or tea on

  a chilly Halloween night.

  Ingredients

  1 box yellow cake mix

  1 stick of butter

  3 eggs

  8 oz cream cheese

1 box powdered sugar (or 3 cups)

  1 tsp vanilla

  Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Start with the bottom layer. Mix yellow

cake mix, butter and 1 egg well and pat into a baking dish (I

use an 8x11 because I like mine thicker rather than thinner).

Then make the topping by blending cream cheese, powdered sugar,

2 eggs and vanilla well. Pour over bottom layer. Bake at 350F

degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool

then cut into squares and enjoy!
