Ooey-Gooey Butter Cake Description A delicious buttery cake perfect with a cup of coffee or tea on a chilly Halloween night. Ingredients 1 box yellow cake mix 1 stick of butter 3 eggs 8 oz cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar (or 3 cups) 1 tsp vanilla Directions Preheat oven to 350F. Start with the bottom layer. Mix yellow cake mix, butter and 1 egg well and pat into a baking dish (I use an 8x11 because I like mine thicker rather than thinner). Then make the topping by blending cream cheese, powdered sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla well. Pour over bottom layer. Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool then cut into squares and enjoy! Dark Angel says: you don't always see them, but you know they're always there. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Access the Recipes And More list archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/recipesandmore%40googlegroups.com/ Visit the group home page at: http://groups.google.com/group/RecipesAndMore -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
