CORNMEAL HOT CEREAL
  

1 c. whole grain cornmeal
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. unfiltered apple juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins or currants

In a saucepan, add all ingredients and stir constantly over medium heat until 
it thickens. Remove from heat and serve. Serves 2 to 4.  Enjoy.
