Impossible Quiche

1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp dried onion
1/2 c. Bisquick

Preheat oven to dg350. Cook and drain bacon. Crumble. Place in bottom
of pie plate. Top with cheese.

Mix milk, eggs, onion and Bisquick for one minute in blender. Pour
over cheese and bacon. Bake for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before
serving.

Yield 4 to 6 servings.
