CHOCOLATE CAKE DESSERT

1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 chocolate bar, grated

Prepare the cake mix according to package directions, using 9 x 13 x 2 inch 
pan. When done, remove from oven and poke holes all over top of cake with 
toothpick
or fork. Pour Eagle Brand milk over cake and then caramel ice cream topping. 
Cool completely. Mix whipped topping and cream cheese well together. Ice cake
and then grate a chocolate bar on top.  Enjoy.
